Solved by installing:
Sudo apt-get install nvidia-331-uvm

Status in “nvidia-prime” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  I tried the kernel 3.16-14 and noticed that i recive unknown instead
  of intel or nvidia, 3.16-12 seems to work fine.

  When using grub it tells me that i'm using 3.12 but when I run the command i get:
  3.16.0-12-generic #18-Ubuntu
