[Bug 1080787] Re: hp scanner 5300c does no longer work after upgrading to quantal

 

On a another try, got these additional lines for debugging Bus 005

Status in “sane-backends” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  on 12.10 the scanner doesn't work anymore.
  on 12.04 it worked on the same machine.
  the scanner still works on a second machine that was not upgraded by now.
