  Make the retrieval of installed applications an asynchronous process

Bug description:
  The process of retrieval of the installed applications when you click
  on "See X more apps" should be made asynchronously. Right now when you
  click on said "button" you have to wait for the dash to browse all
  your installed applications for it to show anything.
