Sorry,
I was wrong. I was using Diffie-Hellman as cipher suite.
However, the problem still exists.

Title:
Diffie-Hellman error when not using Diffie-Hellman

Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I'm getting an error
  gabbleconnection-DEBUG: 09/16/2014 12:20:54.62063: connector_error_disconnect (connection.c:1776): connection failed: WOCKY_CONNECTOR_ERROR_TLS_SESSION_FAILED (#7): TLS handshake error: -63: GNUTLS_E_DH_PRIME_UNACCEPTABLE

when connecting to my XMPP server. However the certificate doesn't even use DH as cipher. It uses RSA.
Other clients like Miranda IM or Pidgin can connect without problems.
