The error state looks self-consistent. Could you please attach a  few
more to see if that establishes a pattern?

  System freezes  randomly.
  sometimes eclipse luna is also running and sometimes system freezes on startup
  Ubuntu is launched via external seagate external drive. Not sure if this is causing it
