Status in Ubuntu Software Center:
  Confirmed
Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
It does a terrible job of informing user of what is to be removed.
  Test case:
  Open software-center, search webbrowser
  Mark webbrowser-app for removal
S-c only reports 1 add. package to be removed (webapp-container

If one was to proceed then upon a log out/in or reboot they'd be sol as actually these are removed -

  ubuntu-desktop
  unity
  unity-webapps-common
  unity-webapps-service
  webapp-container
