I'm going to need to add attach_disconnected to the cups profile as a
temporary workaround. When this bug is fixed, we need to undo that.

Bug description:
  With the apparmor 3 RC1 upload, there is an incomplete bug fix for
  disconnected paths. This bug is to track that work.
