What do you mean by report a "wishlist"? I'm on a 12.04 machine right
now, and it all works:

Choosing Rhythmbox when a podcast is open in Firefox (immediately opens
Rhythmbox and subscribes the feed).

Choosing "Add to Podcast Manger" in Tunesviewer immediately opens
Rhythmbox and subscribes the feed.

Running "rhythmbox itpc://www.oneplace.com/ministries/let-my-people-
think/subscribe/podcast.xml" immediately opens Rhythmbox and subscribes
the feed.

All three of these methods fail in the latest 14.04, so this is a
regression.

Bug description:
  Rhythmbox no longer subscribes to a url when called with an
  itpc://urlofpodcast link.

  I selected subscribe from tunesviewer, it searched for itpc://url as
  the name of the podcast, instead of subscribing to it.
