Ok, confirmed on the lts, likely a poppler issue and patch to backport,
would be nice if somebody wanted to investigate which one

  Take a look at:
  http://www.online.datasport.pl/results1317/wyniki/01_open.pdf (or the
  file attached) - page two is displayed three times (first time -
  correct, second time instead of page three and third time instad of
  page four).

  evince 3.10.3-0ubuntu10.1, Ubuntu 14.04 64bit
