Title:
3x [pidgin] <defunct> found when running pidgin but runs normal
Status in “pidgin” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Hello.
Just checked today the Processes with "ps x" and found that Pidgin
seems to have some issues which do not affect the usage of Pidgin in
any way.
3205 ? Sl 0:00 pidgin
3215 ? Z 0:00 [pidgin] <defunct>
3217 ? Z 0:00 [pidgin] <defunct>
3219 ? Z 0:00 [pidgin] <defunct>
Also searched in /var/log for errors, but can't find any.
I asked in the ircchannel #ubuntu+1 if anyone can confirm that behaviour and it seems I'm not alone.
If you need anything else, please let me know.
Kind regards
JD
