  pgfmanual is in the wrong location

Status in “pgf” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  /usr/share/doc/texmf/pgf/pgfmanual.pdf.gz cannot be found by texdoc

  reproducible symptoms:

  locate pgfmanual.pdf.gz
  /usr/share/doc/texmf/pgf/pgfmanual.pdf.gz

  texdoc pgfmanual
  Sorry, no documentation found for pgfmanual.
  If you are unsure about the name, try searching CTAN's TeX catalogue at
  http://ctan.org/search.html#byDescription.

  I guess it should be in /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/doc/latex/pgf or
  similar path or texdoc path needs to be extended.

  Setup:

  Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty Tahr (32bit)
  texlive 2013.20140215-1
  texlive-pictures 2013.20140215-1
  pgf  2.10-1

  Meanwhile I use the following as workaround:
  locate pgfmanual.pdf.gz | xargs evince
