[Bug 1382613] Re: ubuntu 12.04 libreoffice calc locks up

Bug description:
When loading .csv or xls libreoffice calc locks up. after about 5 minutes it becomes usable but very slow to operate. No error is given. This always happens after progress bar completes. other windows also will not redraw.
Also cannot change the default font Liberation Sans. the change will not stick and the font does not work with other programs and causes errors
I am using Ubuntu 12.04 with gmone desktop. I have 4 GB of ram but Ubuntu only loads 2.9 GB. Calc Does not use virtual memory 8.4GB. I have Intel® Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz × 2, with 0.5 tetra byte of HDD. Nvidia 173 with 256MB ram. OS 32-bit
