Title:
[Asus UX31E] Ubuntu 14.10 fails to hibernate on empty battery
Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
When the batter charge as reported by upower goes to 0 Wh the system
should hibernate. It doesn't. Instead it keeps running, and eventually
the machine powers down. At the time the charge reaches 0 Wh, the
indicator in the notification area goes away.
Happens only when set to hibernate on critically low battery; if set
to shut down, it does.
