Title:
Can't create new folder in "List" view

Status in Nautilus:
  Unknown
Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
If i click right button in list view of nautilus, i don't see "create
folder" menuitem. And for creating new folder i must change view to
"grid", create folder, and then change view back to list.

I can create folder in list view only if in folder few files, and
lower part of window is free from files, then my right click of mouse
will be recognized as click_on_free_space, but in windows with many
files, if i click anywere in windows, i click on file.
