Title:
  Unable discover or play any audio from any hardware device. Bluetooth
  audio also affected.

  Not sure if this is directly related to PulseAudio. PulseAudio
  equalizer is installed & was working recently. Reinstalled pulseaudio
  & alsa-base. Still no go. Many thanks!
