Shouldn't this bug be split? Pulseaudio support works, but freerdp-x11
is still compiled without smartcard support.

  -- Skipping optional package PulseAudio.
  --   Enable this using "-DWITH_PULSEAUDIO=ON".
  -- Skipping optional package PCSC.
  --   Enable this using "-DWITH_PCSC=ON".

  Smartcard support is essential for enterprise users and PulseAudio
  will integrate better in current Ubuntu architecture.
