Bug description:
  Ubuntu 14.10

  Using two screen system.  On startup a black rectangle spreading
  across both screens flashes wildly.  When I click anywhere on the
  screen things seem to settle down and the Apport message leading to
  this bug report shows up.  I realize this is very little to go on.  If
  I encounter it again.  I will try to get more detail.
