Title:
[regression] Week 35 - Menu display and application name display on
  panel overlapping

Status in Unity:
  Expired
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
Ubuntu 12.10 quantal with ppa:unity-team/release on 3 machines with
  (Intel, Radeon, Nvidia) GPU

Issue: The application name display on panel and the menu for an
application on panel is overlapping. See screenshot.

  Action:
-Open any application with menus. For ex: Firefox
  - Keep the window restored i.e. not maximized to full screen size
  - Move the cursor over the top panel where the menus appear

Observe - Name of the application (Firefox Web Browser in this
example) is visible in black, on top of it the menu is displayed in
  white.

-Now move the cursor to an area on screen which is not on panel and
  not on application window.

Observe - The menu items appear in black text on top panel and name of
the application (Firefox Web Browser in this example) appears in white
on top of the menu items.
