Hi all,

I encountered this issue, too, and I would like to know if this patch help.
You can download the kernel packages from this link, this kernel will retry to get the battery inform after wakeup from S3.

Bug description:
  I pulled the plug on my laptop with it's battery full:

  And suddenly got a dialog saying that it was critically low (while the
  icon top-left appears, properly, as full) and the laptop did suspend
  shortly after that.
