Title:
no network after resuming from sleep

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
When I resume PC from sleep, there is no network and even after
clicking "Enable Networking" it doesn't appear. Only reboot helps.

It seems repeatable, but I don't know how to troubleshoot it further.
  Any advices?
