   touchpad stops working (moving the pointer doesn't work)

Bug description:
  I'm reporting here the same issue as
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-ac100/+bug/1035208/ --
  I can't tell whether it's a linux driver bug or X.org driver bug.

  When I'm reporting this now, my touchpad works (moves the pointer), so
  the logs might not be that interesting as on the other report (at that
  moment, I really had the issue).

  Because it only partially stops to produce the reaction (no movements,
  but scrolling), I thought it might be a higher level bug.

  It also looks very similar to the description of
