Title:
1002:964a Resolution changes automatically when switching TV from
computer to other channels
Status in “xorg-server” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
My HTPC is hooked up to a Toshiba 37C3000P. Ubuntu starts up in the correct resolution - 1280x720, which fills the screen.
When I turn the TV off and then back on and when I change to another channel and then go back, the resolution changes to 1920x1080, which is higher than the TV's natural resolution and also doesn't fill the screen.
