@Timo can you see if it occurs when unity8 is not running, specifically
scopes? Might try killing other services that hit the network one by one
as well like the push-client and download manager.

Bug description:
  scope images load fine in wifi, but not on hsdpa even when there is
  good connectivity and browsing works well. Results are return, but
  images do not load.
