  brltty 5.0 is very buggy. Update to 5.1 or later

Status in “brltty” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Version 5.0 does not work with the Focus 40 Blue from Freedom
  Scientific. The Grade 2 u.S. English translation table is inaccurate.
  These problems are fixed in version 5.1.
