Upstream patch set 6 improves tests again (fail instead of crash) but no
full pass: https://launchpad.net/~ci-train-ppa-service/+archive/ubuntu-
rtm/landing-009/+sourcepub/4574822/+listing-archive-extra ("FAIL!  :
tst_QNetworkConfiguration::comparison() 'configs.count()' returned
FALSE. ())

Patch set 6 is now uploaded to rtm-022 with tests disabled again as
ubuntu10~vrtm~4, armhf build can be upgraded to in around 3.5h or a
little less.

Bug description:
  scope images load fine in wifi, but not on hsdpa even when there is
  good connectivity and browsing works well. Results are return, but
  images do not load.
