Bug description:
Test Case:
1. use karmic with a compiz capable system
2. open some windows
3. use alt-tab to cycle forward
4. verify that shift-alt-tab to cycle backwards does not work
5. install metacity from karmic-proposed
6. verify that step 3 and 4 now both work
When "System" > "Preferences" > "Appearance" > "Visual Effects" is set
to either "Normal" or "Extra" (in other words, when Ubuntu is using
Compiz), Alt+Tab navigates through windows, but Shift+Alt+Tab doesn't
navigate in the reverse direction.
* alt+tab works
* windows key + tab works
* windows key + shift + tab works
only alt+shift+tab doesn't navigate
