Bug description:
Compiz is still hanging in VirtualBox, even after 4.2.6 where
XOpenDisplay was moved from glXBindTexImageEXT to glXCreateContext. It
appears to be hanging when we have to manage an external texture, and
so we need a server grab during glXBindTexImageEXT. VirtualBox's
implementation of glXBindTexImageEXT places protocol calls on a second
connection, which cause a deadlock, because they block forever.
