Title:
Visual Corruption prevents reliable editing of Notepad.txt files

Status in “remmina” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
While attempting to edit an html file in notepad (while rdp into a windows server using remmina), the text is displayed incorrectly. For example, the file will show a line like this:
  <div style="border: solid 1 px #333333;">Some text</div>
(notice the space between "1" and "px")

If I go to remove that space, by putting my cursor right before the
"p", and hitting my backspace button, it will erase the "1". You see,
that space really isn't there, it is a visual corruption.

Sometimes, characters that are actually there are not displayed.
Sometimes the cursor isn't actually where it is displayed visually.

If I remember correctly, this usually happens at the end of a long
line of text, if that helps.

I'm not sure how to reproduce this because it only happens some of the time.
