Bug description:
Upstream has added my patches correctly, but in Hardy those patches
has appeared in X11/xkb/symbols/lt, but not in X11/xkb/base.xml. So
because of missing entries in base.xml, users don't see LEKP keyboard
  variants from Lithuanian layouts group.

Here is patch with missing entries:
  http://www.ubuntu.lt/downloads/lekp.patch

Also missing entries can be found in current version of xkeyboard-config package svn sources:
  http://webcvs.freedesktop.org/xlibs/xkbdesc/xkeyboard-config/rules/base.xml.in?view=markup
