Bug description:
emacs now points to emacs24, and emacs23 should be removed from the
archive. Nearly all packages already have alternative dependencies on
  either emacs24, emacsen, or emacs.

The remaining packages which need fixing the dependencies are:

    egg
    emacs-calfw
    icicles
    psgml
    reportbug (suggests)
    sass-elisp
    wysihtml-el
    yc-el

  fixing of build-depends needed in
    asciijump
    debian-policy
    emms
    geiser
    magit
    mozart
    zshdb
