Title:
  Wrong Pidgin Unity integration

Status in pidgin-libnotify package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  pidgin-libnotify (0.14-9ubuntu2) (Ubuntu 14.04)
  -----------------------------------------------------------------

  What happens:
  --------------------
#1 Start Pidgin, set an account and sign in (XMPP account in my case)
#2 Buddy list > Tools > Plugins > Enable Libnotify Popups plugin with default settings (New messages, Ignore events from blocked users, Buddy signs on)
#3 Buddy list > Tools > Preferences > Interface > Show system tray icon > [Never]
#4 Buddy list > Tools > Preferences > Interface > Hide new IM conversations > [Always]
  #5 Close the Buddy list
#6 Receive a message that begins new conversation
#7 NO POPUPS APPEARS (wrong ubuntu_notify_support.patch)
#8 Open received conversation from the Unity messaging menu
#9 Try to close the conversation window
#10 WINDOW IS CLOSED BY THE 2ND TRY (wrong messaging_menu.patch)
#11 AFTER THAT PIDGIN CRASHES (because of #10)

  What is expected:
  ------------------------
#7 Popup notification appears after the received message that begins new conversation
#10 The windows is closed by one click
  #11 No crash after #10
