I tend to believe some procedure of re-install the package would fix
ibus-pinyin. But i did 6 fresh installation and 3+ upgrads, none of
those worked.

It maybe depends on the hardware, some of them would work and some
wouldn't. But even though, it's still confirms the bug. In fact I never
see this workling.

  Installed language support, ibus, and added Chinese(Pinyin) through
  the "Text Entry Settings".

  When typing in "pinyin" the Chinese characters produced do not
  correspond to what was typed in pinyin. Instead it looks like the
  keyboard is following the bopomofo or zhuyin method.
