  gstreamer-vaapi + nvidia driver causes firefox to crash on animated
  gifs / video tags

  when loading pages with animated gifs, or seeking in the native
  embedded <video> tag handler wtih gstreamer-vaapi packages installed,
  firefox crashes  (attempting to get crash report attached to same
  probelm as bug 1395070)
