Bug description:
  Add support to obtain the search results on the HUD.

  Something like this:

  hud = Hud()
  hud.ensure_visible()
  keyboard = Keyboard()
  keyboard.type('file')
  results = hud.get_children_by_type(HudResultItem)
  for item in results:
      print item.label
