Title:
FORMAT option should be removed from mounted devices on the launcher
Status in Unity:
Fix Released
Status in unity package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
It is way too simple to "format" a mounted usb drive from the
launcher. At the moment the right click options contain Open, Format
and Eject in that order.
I believe that format should be removed as it is way too easy to click
by mistake; it sits inbetween two of the most common actions which
means it's very easy to click by mistake when clicking either of the
other two menu items.
I have just tested it, however, and it hasn't done anything, so I
guess that's a bug in itself.
I also feel it might be pertinant to rename it to something like "wipe
data" as "format" isn't a very well known phrase amongst new users.
