Title:
  launcher tooltips text is offset to the right

Status in Unity:

Status in unity package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  For some reason the tooltips on the launcher icons are all nudged over
  to the right as if there are spaces in front of the text.

  Screenshot shows the issue. They're all like this.

  I have not restarted my session, but suspect this may work around the
  issue.

  I have checked the guest session and it doesn't exhibit the behavior.
