Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

  I installed 9.10 'Koala' and could not find how to connect to dialup
  modem, i installed 'Gnome network admin' and entered my settings as i
  had done with 9.04 but modem will not connect. Having had similar
  problems before I installed 9.10 on a separate partition so that I
  would still have a working system.
