oneiric has seen the end of its life and is no longer receiving any
updates. Marking the oneiric task for this ticket as "Won't Fix".

Bug description:
It should be possible to resize a window using the invisible handles
on the edges of the window left and right if the window is vertically
maximized.
Testcase:
Vertically maximize a window (eg, using grid plugin)
Check that there is a "maximize padding" area on the left and right sides of the window
