  evince apparmor rule needs a new abstraction added

Status in evince package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  bug 1016103 had errors about evince not being able to touch
  ~/.local/share/recently-used.xbel and that's because the apparmor rule
  needs to add:

  #include <abstractions/freedesktop.org>

  and that abstraction needs to fix the path to recently-used.xbel to
  ~/.local/share
