Title:
  Crash in RRCrtcDetachScanoutPixmap on xserver shutdown.

Status in xorg-server package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in xorg-server source package in Raring:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  [Impact]
   * Normal server shutdown will crash when using nvidia in the 319 recommended optimus setup, or when using usb displaylink output.

  [Test Case]
   * Start X on an Intel system with a DisplayLink device attached, or nvidia in optimus configuration.
   * xrandr --setprovideroutputsource modesetting NVIDIA-0, or xrandr --setprovideroutputsource modsetting Intel
   *. xrandr --output DVI-0 --off (bug #1185014 workaround)
   * xrandr --auto
   * Shutdown xserver, no crash should happen.

  [Regression Potential]
   * Low, the codepath affected only happens on server shutdown, which is already crashing anyway.
   * Considering the code affected, xrandr --setprovideroutputsource and --setprovideroffloadsink will be the most likely candidates if regressions do occur.

  [Other Info]
   * Not upstream yet, but expected there soon.
