Bug description:
  Choqok cannot communicate with twitter.

  No tweets are downloaded.

  Attempting to post a message, I get:

  choqok(2388): Creating post: XML parsing error:  "<?xml version="1.0"

  is no longer active. Please migrate to API v1.1.
