13.10 isn't supported anymore, and 3.3 is removed in 15.04

Bug description:
  clang-3.3's clang++ in Ubuntu 13.10 does look for includes in
  /usr/include/i386-linux-gnu/c++/4.8/ , thus failing to compile any
  simple code.
