  Clang++ fails to compile due to wrong path to bits/c++config.h

Bug description:
  clang-3.3's clang++ in Ubuntu 13.10 does look for includes in
  /usr/include/i386-linux-gnu/c++/4.8/ , thus failing to compile any
  simple code.
