  Inconsitent font sizes in different panels

Bug description:
  The font in the Shortcuts panel (seen by clicking on the Ubuntu icon
  in the top right) uses a huge font which is different to the more
  reasonable font used in different panels.

  Also, the shortcuts panel shows icons with task based wording ('Browse
  the Internet') vs the other screens that show application based
  wording ('Firefox Web Browser').
