  open window follows when I switch workspace

Bug description:
  This bug persists from Oneiric - fix it already !
  On empty desktop open gnome-terminal.
  Using the workspace switcher (not the keyboard shortcut) switch to another workspace.
  The gnome-terminal window follows to that workspace as well.
  This behaviour is bogus and should really be fixed !

  This bug happens with other applications as well, but this particular
  scenario is one that never misses the target.
