No, this is fixed in a temporary way, but the bug remains with unity8
and qtdeclarative, because we need to be able to auto-detect instead of
relying on ubuntu-settings.

Bug description:
  Right now desktops start up in Side Stage mode but it should be
  windowed mode.

  Currently it is required to set com.canonical.unity8.usage-mode to
  Windowed in order to enable windowed mode.
