Zaphod, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any
activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue
with the latest version of remmina in Precise, or a later version of
Ubuntu?

If so, please execute the following via a terminal as it will gather necessary debugging information:
apport-collect 979606

  Sometimes when Remmina starts it will hang for 10 seconds or more.
  Usually killing it and starting it again will fix the problem.
