[Bug 1002363] Re: 12.04 remmina full screen closes unexpectedly

 

mathume, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any
activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue
with the latest version of remmina in Precise, or a later version of
Ubuntu?

If so, please execute the following via a terminal as it will gather necessary debugging information:
apport-collect 1002363

As well, please provide click-for-click steps to reproduce this problem,
as well as the OS you were trying to remote into.

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 12.04
  remmina 0.9.99.1
  Dual monitor setup

  1.) Connect to a remote desktop with remmina in fullscreen.
  2.) Work in the rd.
  3.) Click in the rd session and then the second screen.
  OR
  3'.) Minimize the full screen via top menu bar of remmina.

  Result:
  ---------
  At some time when clicking in the second screen after working in rd the connection is closed (resp. when minimizing the session window).

  Reproduceable:
  ----------------------
  Not always. It happens often while working. A nuissance.

  Note:
  --------
  This never has happened on Ubuntu 11.10.

  Attached file:
  -------------------
  stdout/stderr when starting remmina from command line. The last line is when the connection unexpectedly was closed. ("gdi_get_bitmap_pointer: requesting invalid psend: Connection reset by peer")
