We could show the text along with an infobar that allows opening in a
helper app.

  The current program suggested to view certain filetypes (e.g. text/x
  -debian-source-package as send when visiting
  http://librarian.launchpad.net/1788684/usplash_0.1-33.dsc) is less.
  Perhaps gedit would be a more sensible choice?
