package provided by the official Ubuntu repositories. Because of this
the Ubuntu project can not support or fix your particular bug. Please

Title:
  Opening new server opens to black the first time

Status in remmina package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When I open a new server from the main Remmina window the first time,
  it opens a window, but only shows black.  Netstat shows a connection
  was established.  But the window consistently stays black.

  If I close the window and try to reopen the connection, the same thing
  happens.

  If I open the first black screen, and then immediately open the second
  screen, the connection works.

  Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
