[Bug 531516] Re: Evince can't handle radio buttons anymore

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: evince

- When a PDF with Forms is opened in Evince, radio buttons are not handled
- correctly. You can click a spot and a tick mark will appear. Click an
- opposing radio button and you get ANOTHER tick mark -- the first tick
- won't disappear as expected. Furthermore, when Evince starts, I get
- this line once for each instance of a radio button in the document:
+ 1) lsb_release -rd
+ Description:	Ubuntu Vivid Vervet (development branch)
+ Release:	15.04

- Error: FormWidgetButton:: unable to find the on state for the button
+ 2) apt-cache policy evince
+ evince:
+ Installed: 3.14.1-0ubuntu1
+ Candidate: 3.14.1-0ubuntu1
+ Version table:
+ *** 3.14.1-0ubuntu1 0
+ 500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ vivid/main amd64 Packages
+ 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

- This makes filling forms extremely difficult.
+ 3) What is expected to happen is when one opens
+ https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evince/+bug/531516/+attachment/1207516/+files/test.pdf
+ one may click one of the four buttons, and then clicks another, the
+ first one disappears, and reappears in the secondly clicked button, just
+ like Adobe Reader.
+
+ What happens instead is clicking the second radio button does input a
+ mark in the second button, but the first button clicked still has its
+ mark.
+
+ WORKAROUND: Use Google Chrome's built-in PDF viewer.
